With a minimum stay of three nights in the second half of October, our guests can enjoy a unique experience: collecting the refined oil of Apulia with local farmers, having lunch with them, conducting the olives to the mill and assisting every single step from squeezing till bottling the oil in special small jars, designed for Palazzo Ducale Venturi especially. These small jars can be bought for bringing home the fragrance and the flavour of the authentic Salento.

The package includes: 1 traditional Salento cuisine class using our ancient salt ovens, 2 dinners in the Hotel, 1 full day excursion during which our guests will collect olives and see the transformation into olive oil, lunch included.
