Throughout the year our guests could live in a different way the wonderful seaside of Salento . With a minimum stay of five days, our guests can go fishing with the local fishermen and cook the fishes they personally catched to taste them for dinner, under the direction of our chef in a practical course of Salento cuisine. The next day the chef and guests will go to the spectacular fish market of Gallipoli, where they can buy the famous shrimp and other valuable shellfish, visit the attractive fortified town, and return to the hotel to dine with the products bought.
The package includes: “Lampara” fishing, when our guests can take part to all the fishing phases, with the possibility to bring home the fish they caught (from late afternoon to early hours of the morning), 1 cuisine class with our chef when they can cook the fish caught the night before and finally taste it for dinner; 1 full day excursion to explore Salento’s coasts by private boat, leaving from Otranto, with swimming stops included*; 1 visit to the fish market of Gallipoli (leaving at sunrise) , 1 light lunch by the pool.
