We inform you that the data you provide will be processed by computer in accordance with the principles established by the current legislation on data protection (EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016) for the sole purpose of providing you with the requested information, and possibly to define/confirm the booking of rooms and other services.
Among the purposes of the processing of the data provided should be understood to include those of the promotion of commercial and advertising initiatives with respect to which you will still have, and every time, the opportunity to object, requesting the deletion of the mail address from the list of those to which the aforementioned messages are addressed.

In order to post a comment, on the other hand, first and last name are required in addition to email. First and last name are published - and, therefore, disseminated - on the Web together with the comment posted by the user, the email address is used exclusively for sending news from the site. The opinions and comments posted by users and the information and data contained therein will not be used for any purpose other than their publication on the Blog; in particular, they will not be aggregated or selected in specific databases. Any processing for statistical purposes that it may be the site's intention to perform in the future will be conducted solely on an anonymous basis. While the dissemination of the user's personal data and those detectable from the posted comments must be understood to be directly attributed to the initiative of the user himself, we guarantee that no other hypothesis of transmission or dissemination of the same is, therefore, envisaged. In any case, the user has at any time the possibility of exercising the rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:

Article 7 - (Right of access to personal data and other rights)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:

(a) of the origin of personal data;

(b) of the purposes and methods of processing;

(c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

(d) of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative under Article 5 paragraph 2;

e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:

(a) updating, rectification or, when interested, supplementation of data;

(b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

(a) for legitimate reasons to process personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
